Parm Love

We had a darn good meal tonight... and it wasn't too complicated either. We made Chicken Parmesan, from Ellie Krieger's cookbook (of course!) and whole wheat linguini with roasted veggies.  Roma really wanted to have some too. So sorry Roma, Eukanuba is all you get.

The weatherman says it might snow in Houston tomorrow/this weekend. It's funny to me how snow absolutely scares Houstonians. I fully expect the office to vacate at the sight of the first snowflake and I'll be right there with 'em too! :)
