Leftovers

Brit spent the night and we both slept in till 10:30... I can't remember the last time I've done that. After running a couple of errands, Roma and I took a 3.5 mile run around the lovely subdivision of Firethorne. A lot of houses are dolled up for the holidays. I assured our neighbor that our house was decorated on the INSIDE :) haaha. I ate leftover Chicken and Wild Rice Salad with Almonds for lunch AND dinner. The crunch from the almonds, the tartness of the cranberries, and the flavor of the white wine vinegar dressing was quite nice.
