Well, you can't have perfect weather everyday, but you can still get outside for a hike... We did a hike called "Bird Ridge" on Sunday (yes, the day after our Tequila tasting). It was pretty intense. The sign at the trailhead says Bird Ridge is a "Moderate to Difficult" level hike. It was STEEP. Maybe by the end of the summer I'll think it's more moderate, but for now I'm going to have to go with DIFFICULT!

You can see our sherpa to the left there, also known as Stone. He got the nickname Billy on this trip. He is a better climber than most mountain billy goats. We couldn't keep up with him!
