Big Fish

Here are some "Fish" pictures from our Halibut charter with Natalie and Chris last weekend. We each caught our limit (2), so we ended up with 8 nice sized halibut. Nat and Chris packed a cooler and took their half home to Houston... with some salmon and bear meat also. They're helping us clean out our freezer to make room for this years catch!

Sea otters. They really turn on the antics when a boat goes by. So funny to watch! Just hanging out on my back, no big deal.

So when we got back to the condo, we whipped up a delicious halibut ceviche, and let it "cook" for a couple hours. Honestly, there is no substitute for fresh catch.
