Last week we got an invite for wine tasting from friends Charles and Kelly at
Denali winery, located right down the road. Basically, you go to the winery and taste a whole bunch of wines and decide which wine you would like to brew your own batch of, right there in the store. Once you choose your wine, you can schedule an appointment to make the wine, and another to bottle the wine. They encourage you to host parties for the tasting and/or the bottling. It's a way to get your friends hooked... :)

My personal favorite was the Napa Valley "Stag" Merlot. I bought a bought a bottle at the end of the night.
