Feeling nostalgic this week.
1. This little blog here is 12 years old!! I started the Huebel Hammock on a whim on a late night, sitting in a chair drinking wine with Roma pup ~a year into marriage as a way to document life through pictures, for myself and my extended family. What a blessing it's been to be able to go back and see the memories. It also brings the engineer/planner side of me great comfort knowing that my pictures are archived in yet another place besides back-up drives! Link to my first blog post July 2009!
2. Ava pup turned 1 yesterday! She may be small but she is a spicy hot tamale that is ready to rumble with the big dogs.. until she wants her belly rubbed. Then it's all over. We're still working on her affinity for water, but Ava is a ranch dog through and through.
3. The girls started Kindergarten and Second grades this week. My mommy heart was so full as they walked into school with confidence and excitement. These ages are so much fun.
