New recipe alert! This "One Skillet Coq Au Vin" is definitely a keeper so I wanted to share with you. It has a surprising depth of flavor for a dish this simple, but let's be honest bacon and wine give anything a boost. I'd highly recommend serving with a good quality crusty bread like ciabatta to sop up the liquid deliciousness. This is a perfect Sunday dinner type family meal. Enjoy!
