No-Bake Energy Bites

This is my favorite newly discovered healthy dessert snack food recipe. It really is delicious and will satisfy your sweet food craving! Check out pictures on the blog referenced below. YUM!

Recipe adapted from Smashed Peas & Carrots Blog

Ingredients
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • ½ cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
  1. Mix everything above in a medium bowl until thoroughly incorporated.
  2. Roll into balls and put in fridge or freezer
