Sausage Egg Strata
1 ½ - 2 lbs bulk pork sausage, browned and well drained
12 eggs
2.5 C milk
½ tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
~8 slices (3/4 of a loaf) white bread, cubed
2 C grated cheddar cheese
Makes 3 by 3 in squares in 13x9 in pan. Layer bread in dish. Next, layer sausage, then cheese. In bowl whisk together eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour egg mixture over other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight (no longer than 24 hours). 350. 45-70 min.
