Claire is learning more about time and frequently asks how many minutes and/or hours something will take. For example. today we were talking about the drive to the Lakehouse and how it takes 3 hours. As she was processing, her face lit up and she said, "It only takes 2 hours to get to Disney World, so let's go there instead".. :) She was a bit disheartened to learn the travel time differences between a plane and in a car. so cute.
Here are some pictures from the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at Disney. We *almost* missed our appointment; we realized the monorail only went the opposite way from Magic Kingdom at entirely the last minute. So I threw Claire on my back and literally ran from the hotel to Cinderella's Castle. I was getting Mother's Day high fives all along this 2 miles route. At one point Claire even told me it would be ok if we missed it, we'd just eat ice cream instead. We were 10 min late but they let us in and those fairy godmothers got to work!
